The development of MediaCityUK will no doubt proceed to develop the area's resonant
economy, wonderful leisure services and its top quality residential buildings will continue to thrive. Places like the The fabulous Lowry built in 2000, with its many theatres, galleries, shops, bars, restaurant and conference facilities, along with the Digital World Centre and not forgetting one of my favourite the Lowry Outlet Mall and leisure development have marked a major watershed in the sustainable regeneration of the area. The creation of MediaCityUK, business development, the mutation of the river corridor into Irwell River Park, as well as extensive residential developments will all work to create the best opportunities for everyone in the area and long may it last.
Last, but not least is the fantastic food shopping now available in the area of
Salford Quays for everyone to enjoy, such as Booths food store, which was build and
finished at the end of 2011. So everyone on the Quays can get top quality food within
walking distance of the residential area of the Quays Road and lets not forget the new
Morrisons just off Trafford Road in Salford. Future plans aim to extend the success and
energy of Salford Quays' regeneration into other parts of Salford and
that's nothing but good news for us all.

the City Centre access or surrounding areas of Greater Manchester to my apartment
